Asparagus and Orange Salad

Ingredients:
Asparagus - 1 bunch
Orange
Avocado
Black Garlic Essence
Shaved ham - optional
Fresh herbs - optional
Method:
Cut the asparagus into pieces and pan-fry in oil for a few minutes till tender. Add a bit of salt for flavour.
While that's cooking, dice up an orange, and an avocado.
Add the shaved ham if wanted.
Add the cooked asparagus and drizzle with Black Garlic Essence.
Mix gently.
That's it!
You could easily add other ingredients too. 
However, these simple flavours work REALLY well together.
