Black Garlic Seed Sprinkles

Ingredients: Sunflower seeds - 1/3 cup; Pumpkin seeds - 1/3 cup; Walnuts or sliced almonds - 1/3 cup; Coconut or rice bran oil - 1 tbsp; Worcester or soy sauce - 1 tbsp; Black Garlic Puree - 1 tsp; Chilli flakes - sprinkle; Sesame seeds - 2 tbsp

Black Garlic Seed Sprinkles are versatile and the thing you make in advance and pull out for pizazz (if you can stop everyone snacking on them!) They are a great topping for salads, vegetable bakes, pasta, or savoury muffins and scones.

Seed Sprinkles with Black Garlic

Ingredients

Sunflower seeds - 1/3 cup
Pumpkin seeds - 1/3 cup
Walnuts or sliced almonds - 1/3 cup
Coconut or rice bran oil - 1 tbsp
Worcester or soy sauce - 1 tbsp
Black Garlic Puree - 1 tsp
Chilli flakes - sprinkle
Sesame seeds - 2 tbsp

Directions

In a large non-stick frypan, dry roast the sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and nuts over low-med heat until slightly browned.
Add the rest of the ingredients and cook for another minute, stirring all the time, until everything is well coated and fragrant.
Once cool, store in an airtight container in the fridge.
