Stir Fried Mushrooms with Black Garlic Puree
Chop up mushrooms, add a dash of olive oil and a finely chopped onion, and sauté till mushrooms are soft.
At the end of cooking, stir through 2-3 teaspoons of Neudorf Black Black Garlic Puree and serve while hot.
Delicious on freshly toasted wholegrain bread.
