Use raw or cooked!

Spread on crackers or cucumber, toss through pasta, delicious with avocado on toast, add to mayonnaise, sauces, dressings, soups, marinades etc. And there's no after taste or pungent garlic smell coming through your pores. Sooo good!

Black garlic puree

I use this in all my salad dressings. I can’t tolerate ordinary raw garlic so this black garlic is perfect as it is not sharp and overpowering.
