Shipping policy
Shipping fees will be calculated at the time of your order and are based on weight/volume of shipment.
Deliveries are sent by courier Monday to Friday. Please note: we cannot courier to PO boxes, a physical address is required.
Orders received on the weekend or on public holidays will be sent the next working day.
International orders are shipped via NZ Post, and have a target delivery of 7-14 working days.
Parcels are shipped “signature not required” so the package will be left in your letterbox or front door to save you going to pick it up at the courier depot. If this is not acceptable please say so in the comments section of the shopping cart. Please note: we are not responsible for stolen deliveries.
