Very umami flavour almost truffle like,

Very umami flavour almost truffle like, cover cut onions in it and place in roast chicken, goes great…also in beef brisket stock while cooking for 5-6 hours adds additional flavour

Gosh my little pottle is not going to last long!! I’ve been adding the purée to so many dishes. I like that you can control the flavour with a purée!
