I'm not sure what it is I don't like about it I think it's the smell of Manuka honey? And black garlic mixed together. I used it on Sticky chicken drumsticks still tasty.

Have become addicted and cannot recommend highly enough. My fav at the moment is black honey smothered on avo and 5 grain artisan bread/toast.

Liking this honey. We use it in bbq marinades, salad and mustard dressings and a straight drizzel over roast veges and platter type dishes. Multi use product as its great on its own or combined and even for curing and brining. Recommend
