This salad is fresh, light and has minimal ingredients. You can always add more ingredients if you like. However, these simple flavours work really well together.
1 bunch of fresh asparagus
1 orange
1 avocado
1-2 tsp Black Garlic Essence
Shaved ham (optional)
Fresh herbs (optional)
Prep the fresh asparagus by removing the hard woody base of the stems. Easiest way to do this is to grasp at the end of the stem and bend firmly - it will break where it needs to - above the woody bit!
Cut the asparagus into pieces and pan-fry in oil (try our Olive Oil infused with Black Garlic) for a few minutes till tender. Add a bit of salt for flavour.
While that's cooking, dice up an orange, and an avocado and put into a serving bowl.
Add the shaved ham and herbs if wanted.
Add the cooked asparagus and drizzle with the Black Garlic Essence.
Mix gently. Then, enjoy.
Great product, have it on everything, can’t do without it now. Really recommend it

Ordered this as as a gift for a hard to buy for relative. Delivery was quick and efficient and it looked exactly as it does on the website. Very good value for money, lovely product and the recipient of the giftbox was thrilled. Will definitely use the website again.
