Ingredients
Sourdough bread, sliced

Olive oil (try black garlic olive oil)

Black Garlic Puree
Avocado, sliced
Halloumi cheese, pan-fried
Runny honey
Chilli flakes
Lemon juice

Flaky sea salt (try black garlic sea salt)
Directions
Grill some sourdough brushed with olive oil until nicely browned.
Spread with Black Garlic Puree.
Then add the avocado followed by the pan-fried halloumi.
Drizzle with honey then sprinkle some chilli flakes.
Add a squeeze of lemon juice and a light drizzle of olive oil.
Sprinkle with some sea salt and enjoy.
