Salads don't have to be boring. And the dressing can make all the difference.
Heather sent us this recipe after she used it on her venison, nectarine, walnut and feta salad.
1 tbsp Black Honey
2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
¼ cup Olive Oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
chilli flakes, to taste
Add all the ingredients to a jar and shake well.
Add to your salad just before serving.
Absolutely loved this one, it's our new go-to for dressings, this black garlic olive oil adds a deep, rich flavor to any dish from salads to meats and veggies.
