2 salmon fillets
Remove all the bones from the salmon, drizzle and brush the Black Honey all over the salmon.
Either grill indirect on the BBQ or bake in an hot oven (preheated to 250C) until the internal temperature reaches about 58 °C.
Do a final baste with the Black Honey and take to 61°C internal temperature.
- Rest for 3 mins and serve.
