Dried fettucine (1 person serving)
Olive Oil infused with Black Garlic
½ tsp Black Garlic Essence
1 tsp Black Honey
squeeze of fresh lemon juice
Handful of baby spinach leaves
Fresh coriander to taste
Cook fettucine in boiling salted water until al dente. Meanwhile, heat a non-stick frypan and add a drizzle of Black Garlic olive oil, the Black Garlic Essence and the Black Honey.
Add prawns and sauté until cooked through.
Add the cooked, drained pasta, another drizzle of olive oil and a squeeze of lemon juice.
Stir through a handful of baby spinach and serve in a pasta bowl topped with torn coriander and ground black pepper.

The rich umami flavour of the black garlic paired with quality sea salt adds instant depth to any dish. It vanishes so quickly in our kitchen that I now order it by the kilo. Best buy the larger quantity bag or container, its great that it doesn't contain free flowing agents, then you can use your own container and make it a special condiment on your table.

Best condiment I have purchased in years, We put it on everything from Salads to Roast lamb, mix it with goat feta along with Black Garlic puree, it makes the feta very creamy and smooth, over tomatoes, endless uses. Its addictive (but in a good way)
