Black Honey Prawn Pasta

Cook fettucine in boiling salted water until al dente. Meanwhile, heat a non-stick frypan and add a drizzle of Black Garlic olive oil, the Black Garlic Essence and the Black Honey.
Add prawns and sauté until cooked through.
Add the cooked, drained pasta, another drizzle of olive oil and a squeeze of lemon juice.
Stir through a handful of baby spinach and serve in a pasta bowl topped with torn coriander and ground black pepper.
