Spinach Pancake with Black Honey

Ingredients

    blank

    • 1 egg
    • ¼ cup flour
    • ¼ tsp baking powder
    • ¼ cup milk
    • Handful of baby spinach

    • Extra baby spinach
    • Diced ham/salami
    • Diced tomato
    • Sliced avocado
    • Chopped spring onion or chives
    • Chopped fresh herbs – basil, mint, parsley, rosemary
    • Sour cream to taste

    • Black Honey, drizzle

    Directions

    1. Heat a drizzle of Black Garlic Olive Oil in a non stick pan. Blend pancake ingredients and pour into heated pan. Cook on both sides and slide onto serving plate.

    2. Turn off heat and dry fry an extra egg to finish off topping ingredients.
