Ingredients
115 g feta cheese
115 g cream cheese at room temperature
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 clove minced garlic
- fresh thyme sprigs

¼ cup Black Honey
- Black pepper
½ cup pistachios
¼ cup pumpkin seeds
- 2 tbsp. black sesame seeds
- 1 tsp. cumin seeds
- salt to taste

Pistachio Dukkah
Directions
Whipped Feta
In a food processor, combine feta, cream cheese and olive oil until all are combined and smooth. Add thyme sprigs and garlic and mix again.
Place mixture into a bowl and make a well in the centre of the feta to place the honey into.
Pistachio Dukkah
Toast the nuts and seeds individually in a fry pan. With a mortar and pestle (or in a coffee grinder) mix everything together until you have a nice rustic texture.
Recipe Note
Enjoy with sourdough baguettes or warm pita.
