Burger Stack with Black Garlic Puree and Fresh Horseradish Cream

When you want a burger, but don't want the carbs that come with the bread, try this keto-friendly version.

Prep your fresh horseradish cream first. You can make a horseradish sauce or quite simply grate some fresh horseradish and mix with sour cream or even whipped cream.

Take a couple of cooked burger patties, some mashed kumara (sweet potato) and a fresh tomato salad. Stack with the salad on top.

If you're making the patties from scratch, you can always add some Black Garlic Puree to your mince mix as well - certainly add Black Garlic Sea Salt!

We recommend using olive oil infused with black garlic in your tomato salad.

Smear the horseradish sauce and balance it yin yang style with a dollop of Black Garlic Puree.
