Black Garlic Kale Chips
These black garlic kale chips are baked in the oven. Easy to make, you'll fall in love with the crispy texture and the black garlic flavour.
We have used spinach leaves successfully in this recipe as well.

Use kale or spinach leaves to create crispy vege chips with beautiful flavour. Ideal as a healthy snack or fun side dish at dinner time.
Ingredients
1 bunch (large handful) kale or spinach leaves - dry

1 tsp Olive Oil infused with Black Garlic

Sprinkle of Black Garlic Sea Salt
Directions
Preheat the oven to 180C. (Fan bake 160C)
Coat the kale leaves in oil then spread them on a tray lined with cooking paper.
Sprinkle black garlic sea salt sparsely across the leaves and pop in the oven for 6-8 minutes.
