I'm not fussed on Oreo cookies BUT then my sister showed me how to make Oreo balls... these sweet, decadent balls were so much better than I expected them to be! Plus, the recipe is so easy!

I did not expect this to taste as good as it did!
I wasn't convinced the sprinkle of Black Garlic Sea Salt would make a difference, but it did - and definitely for the better. What is it about chocolate and salt that makes them work so well together? If you make a batch, you'll want to hide it from the sweet tooths - these are so good!
Ingredients
3 packets of Oreo cookies, crushed
250 gm cream cheese
200 gm dark or milk chocolate, melted
-
Black Garlic Sea Salt
50 gm of white chocolate
Directions
Mix the crushed Oreos and cream cheese together. We recommend wearing gloves and getting into it with your hands.
Roll the mixture into balls and set aside on a tray lined with baking paper.
Melt the brown chocolate; cover each ball in the melted chocolate and put back on the tray, not touching each other.
Sprinkle Black Garlic Sea Salt over the chocolate covered balls.
Drizzle with the melted white chocolate (optional).
Put the tray into the fridge to chill the balls.
Recipe Note
Great to take to picnics, BBQs and potluck meals.
