Slow-cooker Lamb with Black Garlic BBQ Sauce

It was a busy day with no time to think about prepping meat for the slow cooker.

We seasoned the boneless lamb (a pork shoulder roast would work well too!) with Black Garlic Sea Salt, pepper and mixed herbs.

  • Slice the onions - check
  • Season and sear the meat - check
  • Black Garlic BBQ sauce - check
  • Hot water - check

Lid on and cook on slow for 8 hours plus - so good!

We added half a cup of Black Garlic BBQ Sauce and 1.5 cups of boiling water to act as stock and further natural flavouring.

We also levelled up the mash by adding some of the juice from the slow-cooker to the potato. Too easy.
