Black Garlic Puree like Black gold

I love the black garlic puree, such a small amount gives a wonderful burst of surprise on any cracker type finger food or bruschetta. It has guests delighted by having their taste buds tickled and cannot believe their eyes and ears when they find out about it. Its my best loved secret since I saw the Black Garlic Lover set at the Homeshow a few years back. Since then, i have purchased the set as wonderful gifts for loved ones.

Love everything in it
