Upon receipt tried it on toast. Found it wasn't to sweet or to savory. In fact it was just right. At the time was battling hay fever and the black honey made it better.

A superbly delicate tasting oil with so many uses. A simplle hack;- refresh mixed nuts in the oven and drizzle the nuts with Neudolfs olive oil infused with black garlic and a generous sprinkle of neudolfs specialty garlic salt. Delicious.

This Garlic Sea salt is great. I use it on most things: meat dishes, stir fry (unless I use the Garlic paste) and over roasted sweet potatoes.

Must try! Ordered the bigger one this time- it may last a bit longer……? (Maybe?)

I have bought a variety of nuedorf black products in the past, our first purchase was at the Nelson markets, since then I have bought more online, we have had consistently great service, fast and accurate delivery.
The products are amazing, we use the black honey to make caramelised onions. So delicious!

Have become addicted and cannot recommend highly enough. My fav at the moment is black honey smothered on avo and 5 grain artisan bread/toast.
Recently purchased product is for Christmas presents ... so expect more converts in the near future
