Ingredients: 3 tbsp Black Garlic Olive Oil; 2 tbsp Black Honey; 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar; salt and pepper to taste

An easy vinaigrette featuring Black Garlic Olive Oil, balsamic vinegar and Black Honey.

A perfect accompaniment to a roast vegetable salad.

We call it the 3-2-1 dressing so I can remember the ratios easily. 3 parts oil, 2 parts honey, 1 part balsamic vinegar. Easy AND delicious!

I find a lot of vinaigrette dressings too acidic for my liking. If like me, you prefer a sweeter salad dressing, try this recipe. Following Jamie Oliver's salad basics that oil dressings for salads should be 3 parts oil and one part acidic, we added black honey to the mix for this 3-2-1 sweet vinaigrette.

Ingredients

3 tbsp Black Garlic Olive Oil
2 tbsp Black Honey
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Add all the ingredients to a clean jam jar and give it a good shake!

Recipe Note

Don't overdress the salad, and always dress a salad just before serving if possible.
