200 gm quality chocolate (Do not use compound chocolate. We break up Whittaker's milk or dark chocolate depending on the mood.)
120 ml cream (1/2 cup)
20 gm black garlic puree
quality cocoa for dusting
Heat the chocolate, cream and puree together in a saucepan till the chocolate is melted. Stir constantly, don't let it boil.
Once the ingredients are all well mixed, you have made ganache. Pop in the fridge for a couple of hours.
Once cold, scoop out a teaspoonful of the ganache. Using clean, dry hands, roll quickly and pop into a container or bowl with high-quality cocoa powder.
Using another clean teaspoon or two, roll in cocoa powder and transfer to a clean dish.
Makes about 16 truffles, speckled with goodness and love.

We always pour some over our vegetables before serving, enhances the taste.
On your salads, over your roasts,
Just pour it over everything, mix into avacado smash with red capsicum and dehydrated onion maybe chuck a can of tuna on top.
Best condiment in the pantry.
