deep brown sauce in a bowl beside a jar of black garlic puree

Black Garlic Hoisin Sauce (GF)

This Black Garlic Hoisin sauce is fragrant and glossy with the right balance of sweet and salty.

This sauce is a game-changer for your kitchen adventures. It's rich, savory, and packed with umami goodness, perfect for elevating your stir-fries, marinades, and dipping sauces to the next level.

The first time we had this was with hot roast, shredded chicken. The sauce was mixed through the chicken, and served with a green salad and seasonal vegetables on the side. Delicious.

Make this a gluten-free sauce by using gluten-free soy sauce or tamari sauce, instead of regular soy sauce.
