Seed Sprinkles with Black Garlic are a great topping for salads, vegetable bakes, savoury scones or just as a healthy snack.

Seed Sprinkles with Black Garlic

Ingredients

  • Sunflower seeds - 1/3 cup

  • Pumpkin seeds - 1/3 cup

  • Walnuts or sliced almonds - 1/3 cup

  • Coconut or rice bran oil - 1 tbsp

  • Worcester or soy sauce - 1 tbsp

  • Black Garlic Puree - 1 tsp

  • Chilli flakes - sprinkle

  • Sesame seeds - 2 tbsp

Directions

  1. In a large non-stick frypan, dry roast the sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and nuts over low-med heat until slightly browned.

  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and cook for another minute, stirring all the time, until everything is well coated and fragrant.

  3. Once cool, store in an airtight container in the fridge.
