Black Garlic Seed Sprinkles are versatile and the thing you make in advance and pull out for pizazz (if you can stop everyone snacking on them!) They are a great topping for salads, vegetable bakes, pasta, or savoury muffins and scones.

Ingredients

Sunflower seeds - 1/3 cup

Pumpkin seeds - 1/3 cup

Walnuts or sliced almonds - 1/3 cup

Coconut or rice bran oil - 1 tbsp

Worcester or soy sauce - 1 tbsp

Black Garlic Puree - 1 tsp

Chilli flakes - sprinkle

Sesame seeds - 2 tbsp
Directions
In a large non-stick frypan, dry roast the sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and nuts over low-med heat until slightly browned.
Add the rest of the ingredients and cook for another minute, stirring all the time, until everything is well coated and fragrant.
Once cool, store in an airtight container in the fridge.
Recipe Note
These will keep their flavour for a couple of weeks in a container in the fridge.
