We call this the Saturday night special. Keep some in the fridge for snack attacks, baked potatoes and Mexican meals.
250 gm sour cream
30 gm black garlic puree
1/4 tsp chilli powder (optional)
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Combine all the ingredients with a spoon and refrigerate.
