A good Black Honey bliss ball starts with good ingredients. We've got the Black Honey sorted! You can mix and swap ingredients if you're not a fan of the nuts or fruit listed.

We suggest wearing thin plastic gloves or putting your hands in old bread bags so the mixture doesn't stick to your hands so much when you're at the rolling stage. But that's totally up to you!

Another tip: if the mixture is too dry add a bit of water.

Black Honey Bliss Balls

Ingredients

  • ½ cup rolled oats

  • ½ cup hazelnuts (swap for walnuts or almonds as you prefer, or try with peanut butter instead)

  • ½ cup desiccated coconut

  • ¼ cup pumpkin seeds (swap for flax or sunflower seeds as you prefer)

  • ½ cup dried cranberries (swap for other sweet, dried fruit as you prefer)

  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 3 tbsp Black Honey

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp water (if required)

Directions

  1. Blend the rolled oats and nuts in a food processor to break them down. The finer the better.

  2. Add the rest of the dry ingredients and blend well.

  3. Add the Black Honey and vanilla extract and process until the mixture sticks together. Add water as needed.

  4. Roll large teaspoonfuls into balls and place on a plate. Chill in the fridge for at least an hour.

  5. If you want extra sweetness, drizzle melted chocolate over the top. Or roll in coconut if you prefer.
