Black Honey Courgettes

Impress with the sweet summer flavours with Black Honey and charred courgettes. Why have boring courgette or zucchini, when you can cook something that's eye-catching as well as delicious?

An easy, beautiful way to serve courgettes - charred with Black Honey.

Ingredients

Courgettes
Salt
Olive oil
Black Honey

Directions

Chop the courgettes in half lengthwise.
Score in a diamond pattern and cover with salt.
After 10 minutes, press dry with a paper towel to absorb the excess moisture.
Char the courgettes in a hot pan with plenty of oil (diamond side down). Flip the courgettes, add the black honey onto the scored side, then flip once more to caramelise.
