Crispy Baked Chicken with Seven Secret Spices Mix (GF)

Ingredients

  • 12 chicken drumsticks

  • 2 tbsp neutral oil

  • 4 tbsp rice flour

  • 2 tbsp seven secret spices mix

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 220C fanbake (240C regular) and line a shallow oven dish with baking paper for easy clean-up.

  2. Coat the chicken with oil.

  3. Combine the rice flour and spice mix in a shallow dish or clean plastic bag, add the chicken and toss to coat.

  4. Bake for 30 mins.
