Apart from the Black Garlic Sea Salt with its umami-packed flavour, milk powder is the magic ingredient to this spice mix as it helps the spices stick and caramelise.

Ingredients

• ¼ cup milk powder

• 4 tsp black garlic sea salt

• 4 tsp paprika

• 4 tsp mustard powder

• 4 tsp dried oregano

• 4 tsp celery salt

• 3 tsp ground black pepper

• ½ tsp cayenne pepper, or more to taste.

Directions

1. Shake all the ingredients together in a jar.

2. That’s it - it’s ready to go!
