Vegetable Stir Fry with Black Garlic

Vegetable Stir Fry with Black Garlic

If you're looking for a Black Garlic Stir-fry Sauce that includes soy sauce and sesame oil - see this stir-fry sauce recipe here.

Vegetable stir-fry with Black Garlic is a great way to clear out the veggie drawer every once in a while.

Any vegetable stir-fry is easily improved with 2-3 teaspoons of our Black Garlic Puree, Black Garlic Essence, BBQ Sauce or even Black Honey, stirred through at the end. Take your pick!

It can be a random vegetable medley, or the classic with carrots, capsicum, onions, and broccoli; either way, adding Black Garlic Puree or Black Garlic Essence will bring a naturally deeper umami hit.

The BBQ Sauce will give it savoury flavour, while the Black Honey will give it a natural sweetness with a Black Garlic twist.

It is so nice to have great choices!
