- Wedge/wheel of Camembert or Brie
- Black Garlic Puree
Slicing through the middle of the cheese, separate the top from the bottom.
Smear a generous layer of Black Garlic Puree on the bottom layer.
Put the top back on. For fuller flavour, wrap in clingfilm and leave to infuse for a few days in the fridge.
That's it. Serve on a cheeseboard with crackers and watch it disappear. So easy. So good.
