This black garlic hummus is easy to make, delicious and nutritious. But mostly delicious. Use as a dip for freshly cut veg or chips or spread on wraps and sandwiches.
And if hummus isn't your thing, quite simply mix some Black Garlic Puree with mayonnaise or aioli. Deliciousness guaranteed. With this recipe though, we satisfied even the not-a-fan-of-hummus taste-bunny.

juice of one large lemon (60ml)
2 tsp (generous) of Black Garlic Puree
1/2 tsp ground cumin

Black Garlic Sea Salt to taste
30-45 ml water

Add salt to taste and blend again.
If you want to add tahini, substitute half the olive oil quantity for the same amount of tahini.
