Yoghurt Dressing with Black Honey

Ingredients: ½ cup natural unsweetened yoghurt; 1 tbsp mayonnaise; 1 tbsp olive oil; 1 tbsp lemon juice; 1 tbsp dijon mustard; 1 clove garlic, crushed; 1 tbsp Black Honey; salt to taste

This yoghurt dressing is adapted from Nicola Galloway's website and shines with a tbsp of Black Honey added.

Great on an iceberg lettuce salad, or used as a potato salad dressing through boiled potatoes and capers.

This salad dressing has a zing and is delicious through boiled potatoes and capers, or through a crisp iceberg lettuce salad. (Adapted from Nicola Galloway's yoghurt dressing recipe)

Ingredients

½ cup natural unsweetened yoghurt
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp dijon mustard
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tbsp Black Honey
salt to taste

Directions

Combine all ingredients except the Black Honey and salt.
Once combined, add the the Black Honey. Taste. Add more lemon juice, or more honey, as you prefer.
Season with salt to taste.

Recipe Note

This will keep in the fridge for a few days.
