It's easy to improve any vegetable stir fry with 2-3 teaspoons of Neudorf Black Black Garlic Puree stirred through at the end.
It can be a stir fry of a vegetable medley, or simply stir fried mushrooms; either way, remember to add a spoonful of black garlic puree for that umami hit.
Vegetable Stir Fry with Black Garlic Puree
Adding a spoonful of Black Garlic Puree to any stir fry adds flavour and nutrition. No matter which ingredients you use, you can't really go wrong.
Herbs, dried or fresh
Vegetable selection, diced or sliced
2 -3 tsp Black Garlic Puree
In a fry pan, saute onion in oil till it softens.
If you have dried herbs, add them while the onion is cooking. Otherwise, add fresh herbs after the other vegetables.
Add the other vegetables and a splash of water to help cook any 'hard' vegetables like broccoli.
Season with salt and pepper.
Add the end of cooking, stir through black garlic puree.
Delicious with rice.
