Black Garlic Sour Cream

Keep some Black Garlic Sour Cream on hand in the fridge for snack attacks or for baked potatoes and Mexican meals.

Ingredients:

250 gm sour cream

30 gm black garlic puree

1/4 tsp chilli powder (optional)

Freshly ground black pepper to taste

Method:

Combine all the ingredients with a spoon and refrigerate.

That's it!

Use as a dip for chips or as a side dish for any Mexican meal. Divine on a baked potato.
